01 Our commitment

TNZ Digital, LLC is committed to making its website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe a good website should work for everyone: with a keyboard or a mouse, with a screen reader, at any zoom level, and on any device. We treat accessibility as part of doing the work well, not an afterthought.

02 Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

03 What we do to support accessibility

To keep accessibility front of mind, we:

• Design with sufficient color contrast and clear, legible typography;
• Build with semantic HTML and meaningful structure so assistive technology can interpret the page;
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and label interactive controls;
• Support keyboard navigation and visible focus on interactive elements;
• Respect the "reduced motion" preference for animations;
• Review accessibility as part of our normal design and build process.

04 Built-in features

This site includes some features designed to help:

• Light and dark modes: switch using the toggle in the top navigation to suit your visual comfort;
• Responsive layout: content reflows for phones, tablets, and desktops, and supports browser zoom;
• Reduced-motion support: if your device requests reduced motion, we minimize non-essential animation.

05 Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. In particular:

• Third-party content: embedded forms, web chat, maps, and similar tools provided by other companies may not fully meet accessibility standards, and we don't fully control their code.
• Older content: some materials produced earlier may not yet meet our current standard.

If you run into a barrier in any of these areas, please tell us. We'll do our best to provide the information or function you need in another way.

06 Compatibility

This site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with common assistive technologies. It may not work optimally with browsers more than a few versions old. We recommend keeping your browser and assistive tools up to date for the best experience.

Your feedback helps us improve. If you have trouble accessing any part of this site, or you need information in a different format, please contact us and tell us:

1. The page or feature where you had a problem (a link or description);
2. What happened, and what you were trying to do;

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days, and to provide a reasonable alternative way to access the information or service you need.
